Ampelographic features |
The Incrocio Terzi N.1 grape exhibits distinct ampelographic characteristics. The leaves are of medium size, featuring an elongated pentagonal shape with a quinquelobata structure. Its petiole breast is narrow, and the upper side limbs form a U shape. The upper page is smooth, green, and opaque, while the underside is wicker and velvety with gray-green ribs. The grape bunch is medium-sized, pyramid-shaped, and moderately compact with an herbaceous, green peduncle. The grape itself is medium, round-ovoid in shape, with a pruinous peel of blue-black color and juicy flesh that releases a neutral flavored, colorless juice. |
Characteristics of the wine |
The Incrocio Terzi N.1 grape variety gives rise to a wine that is as unique as its origin. The wine produced from this grape variety exhibits a striking ruby red color. On tasting, the wine reveals a dry, warm palate that is complemented by a tannic structure adding depth and complexity to the wine. |
